You knew this already, but Ralph Bakshi was arguably notable for stealing other peoples' work and making films out of the material. (or when 'based on' Fritz the Cat IS Fritz the Cat) Wizards basically looks like it ripped off Vaughn Bode and Elf Quest pretty hard, even after he directed Fritz the Cat which artist R. Crumb would have nothing to do with, but I guess that's what happens when you steal a copy of 'complete guide to cartooning' after reading it in the library. Not that I have any idea what went through this man's mind back in the day, but surely there was a lot of heavy borrowing done for personal gain, as well as some heavy competition and bad vibes amonsgt the artists and animators of the time. Yes, I've seen Fritz the Cat and Wizards. .. and read Elf Quest but I promise to read the full stories of Fritz the Cat and Deadbone someday... HEY! ADULT SWIM! I think you should put Neon Knome on the air! Sure, Cheyenne Cinnamon is 'funny' but that's going to get old reaaaallllyyy fast. I just realized something.. inb4!Here: I made a new song this year.
